These terms govern your use of the Venus Built website and AI estimate tool located at venusbuilt.com. By using our site, you agree to these terms.

2. Estimate Disclaimer

Estimates generated by our AI tool are approximate and based on current material and labor pricing in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. They are not binding contracts. Final pricing may change after an in-person inspection based on actual site conditions, material selections, code requirements, and scope adjustments.

Approving an estimate through our website expresses your interest in proceeding. It does not create a contractual obligation for either party. A formal scope of work and contract will be provided before any work begins.

3. Licensing & Insurance

Venus Built LLC is a licensed general contractor operating in the state of Texas. We maintain general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all active projects. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each project's individual contract. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon project completion and walkthrough approval.

5. Warranty

Venus Built provides a one-year workmanship warranty on all completed projects. This covers defects in our installation and labor. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the homeowner and vary by product.

6. Limitation of Liability

Venus Built is not liable for delays caused by material shortages, weather, permitting authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate promptly about any schedule impacts.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, logos, and the VBOS software system — is the property of QTM Technologies LLC and Venus Built LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
